ASSOCIATE PASTOR & YOUTH PASTOR
Chris Weatherly came on staff at Christ Community in August of 2011, and he graduated from Warner University with a Bachelors in Biblical Studies. He started out for the first few years as our youth pastor, and for the last few years he has become more involved with adult discipleship and various other roles in the church. His main desire to connect people to the transform message of the gospel of Jesus Christ. He is married to his wife, Megan and has two children, Sophie and Eli.

WORSHIP PASTOR
Tricia Wood is a graduate of Houghton College with a degree in Mathematics and a concentration in Secondary Education.  She has been a member of Christ Community Church for 14 years and has been involved with the Worship Ministry for 12 years.  She loves to spend time with friends and family.  She loves to sing, watch movies and bake.

ADMINISTRATIVE PASTOR
Daryl is an ordained minister, having received his B.A. from Wayland Baptist University and his M.A. from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been on staff since 2005 and has 35 years of ministry leadership experience, as well as another 17 years in positions of management. Daryl brings a love for organization, a talent for people skills, and a passion for excellence to his role as Administrative Pastor. He is married to Ruth, a hard-working school administrator and a mother of five. The eldest serves as a Major in the Air Force in Birmingham, Alabama; one is a Register Nurse in Thomasville, Georgia; one is an Engineer in Boulder, Colorado; another is a College Professor in St. Augustine, Florida and the youngest is a Medical Administrator in Orlando, Florida.

FAMILY PASTOR

Born in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, but a native of Allentown, Pennsylvania. I have a Bachelor's degree from Warner University in Educational Studies and a Master's degree from Warner University in Curriculum & Instruction. I worked in education from 2015-2023. I have been married to my best friend Doug since October 2017. I enjoy music, fitness, and spending time at different amusement parks. 

CREATIVE MANAGER
Kathy, a Winter Haven native, joined Christ Community Church staff in 2008. Kathy has a degree in Visual Merchandising and Design. She is responsible for supporting each of the church ministries with graphics, printed publications, video production and online media. She and her husband, Tom, have been attending Christ Community since 2002. They have 2 kids, Parker and Bailey, and  three wonderful grandchildren.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Grant has just recently joined our staff in March of 2022 and serves in a support role for the pastors and ministries at the church. His professional background is in that of Occupational Health and Safety. He has been married to his wife, Jessica, since December 2008. Together, they have two boys, Asheton and Urijah. Grant has a passion for worship and a heart for the hurting. Specifically, families who are suffering from the wounds the world has dealt them and do not have the God given tools to deal with them. He is a leader and participant in our Celebrate Recovery ministry, as well as our worship ministry.
