The purpose of small groups are to experience spiritual growth, build community, engage with others in a safe environment where people can be themselves, and have fun meeting on a regular basis.
We offer groups for all people. If you live in an area that allows you to participate in an in-person group and that is what you’d like to do, then our in-person groups are perfect for you! If you’re interested in meeting with people from all over or you do not live in a region close enough to an in-person group, then our virtual online groups are the way to go. Both options are incredible ways to build relationships with other people from Christ Community Church.
Small groups categories include:
- Everyone welcome
- Young Adults
- Ministry Based - Celebrate Recovery
Winter term of small groups launches on the week of Sunday, January 23rd.
Most Small groups are offered on a "semester system" which usually runs 3 months long. We do have a few groups that meet regularly through out the year.
Typical Winter Semester Timing:
February - April
Typical Fall Semester Timing:
September - November
January and August are promotional months to launch new groups and give facilitators and group members a break to rest and recharge.
We are so grateful for your desire to bring transformation in Christ through Small Groups! We have high quality small group materials available through our Right Now Media platform, as well as, church-wide sermon based materials will be available at times in a semester. Interested in a study that we do not have currently available? Share those suggestions with Pastor Chris for consideration and approval.
Pastor Chris will be the one checking in with you: consistently praying for you, regularly communicating important information with you, and providing encouragement and support during the Small Group Semester.
